The Alchemy Of You™

Pilates Teacher Gathering

October 15-17 2026

Santa Barbara, CA

Looking to deepen your magic as a Pilates teacher?

I’ll be your guide for three immersive days of movement, connection and JOY! Join me and fellow Pilates teachers as we unwind, breathe, sense, intuit, explore, support and MOVE together in body, mind and spirit!

October 15 - 17 2026

Part self practice, part enhancing your teaching skills, we’re gathering to feel, and ultimately to find, ease and freedom in our own bodies, which leads to passion when teaching clients.

In these three days you will be invited to slow down and feel. You will be encouraged to presence your student mind, rather than that of the teacher. You will have the space and time to daydream with purpose, to experience the subtle and powerful element of breath, intentional touch and sensing into yourself to feel how your body is the instrument for deep partnership in movement. From here, I believe, the teacher emerges and blooms. This immersion is a time for radical self appreciation!

We know that Pilates holds the potential for healing and transformation, and that begins with YOU!

*Pre-requiste :: must be a comprehensively educated teacher, knowing and teaching on all apparatus.

Below is a brief description of what our 3 days together will include. Full schedule will be provided prior to your arrival.

Each day begins at 8:30 am with a group check in, intention setting and brief mindful conversations followed by a short break. We then progress into our morning deep dives, take a lunch break and come back for an afternoon immersion and continued exploration. At 5:30 we call it a day! You’re on your own for dinner, but it’s fun to buddy up and enjoy time with each other. Along the way, prepare to journal, make art and enjoy sound.

Our final evening we will gather together for a group dinner, location and time tbd!

Day 1 :: A richly restorative day to unwind, release and receive. This is the day to open the field and deepen your connection with yourself. This is the day to explore BE-ing with your body, mind, breath and sound. Slowing down is the key to feel, awaken your perspective and to move forward with openness and ease. I invite you to let go of what you think you know and simply BE in your own magnificent presence. This is a day of self appreciation.

Day 2:: The Fundamentals, the beginning, the roots. This is the day to rediscover the essence of the work, where things began, how and why these fundamental exercises are the foundation from where the method flows. Today we reconnect and reacquaint ourselves with the simplicity, specificity and clarity of the fundamentals. Today, you may have a few “ah-ha” moments, clearer perspective from which to move forward with breath and ease.

Day 3 :: The layering, the building, the connecting. This is the day we explore exercises on the Mat and various pieces of apparatus and link the fundamentals to concepts and traditional sequences. It’s a day to move, to feel, and to savor YOUR Pilates practice! Here we play, we breathe, we observe, we share and most importantly, we return to ourselves and our unbelievable potential as a powerful moving body and soul.

Tuition :: $1200USD, payment plans available.

No cancellations, however I realize special circumstances do come up and I will consider on a case by case basis.

21 CEC’s offered through the NPCP.

Location :: We’ll be in two different studio locations, both within walking distance of each other. I have secured a beautiful studio where we will have plenty of room to sprawl out on Day 1, The Carrillo Recreation Center. Days 2 and 3 we’ll be in my new and slightly larger additional studio space, Indigo Movement Studio. Both are in the heart of downtown. When planning your hotels, keep that in mind.  If you find a hotel near the beach, be prepared to walk a mile or so. Or of course, Uber.  Weather in April is usually pretty amazing! Address and specific location details provided once registered.
