Your practice begins with your breath, your body, and your mind.  Breath is the one constant, the anchor, and the root of all movement. Meet Amy

I have been inspiring others in their Pilates practice for over twenty-five years and have had the pleasure to teach both nationally and internationally. I am a compassionate, creative teacher and mentor. My dedication to knowledge and intuition informs a teaching style that emphasizes the use of breath, ease of movement, functional anatomy, and science and incorporates research into traditional movement protocols. I am also a specialist in bone health and age-related issues, including osteoporosis, spinal changes, back pain, postural changes, and balance concerns.
