I see you. I understand your challenges with your heart-centered work as a family CareGiver, your personal time limitations, and fatigue. I’m here to help take some of the stress away, to help you re-connect to yourself. I sense your overwhelm and exhaustion. I acknowledge your responsibilities and understand your feelings of anxiety, anger, depression, and grief. I know because I have been there too.

CARE4CAREGIVERS is a resource & platform for CareGivers who are managing the life changing challenges of providing care for a loved one or whose job of CareGiving has ended. It is a growing community for those seeking support, guidance, inspiration, and understanding during highly stressful and grief-filled times. My mission is to bolster you as you make your way over the terrains and through the valleys of CareGiving.

CareGivers will drop everything to care for their loves ones and show up when no one else will and because of this, they often negate their own wellness, workouts, healthy eating, proper rest, and self care. They do this because of their undying commitment to the person they love and who they are caring for. I want you to know that your loved ones need you to be healthy too!

I recognize your own time is valuable and that you may not have much of it due to your life-changing CareGiving duties. I know you have many questions and that you need to be heard. I can sense that you need cared for too: your body, mind, spirit, strength, your sense of connection to yourself. I know that you need to be seen. I’m here for family CareGivers and am honored you’ve chosen to pay me a visit.

I encourage you to take a moment for yourself, to take a few breaths, to resource these quality tools and to tend to your own garden. I’m here to connect you with other family CareGivers who are walking a similar path, who see you for the powerful and loving person that you are and who want you to be your very best self.

  • C.A.R.E. Classes

    Online movement classes and workshops that integrate the strength building benefits of Pilates, wholistic breathing practices, anxiety reduction techniques, restorative yoga postures to nourish and tone your nervous system, aromatic and sound healing, movements to recharge your soul and rebalance your sense of calm. C.A.R.E. classes are a modality for healing and reconnection to your happiness, inner strength and joy.

  • 'Reconnect to You' Movement & Wellness Retreats

    For current and/or former CareGivers, or anyone who is ready to immerse themselves wholeheartedly in an extended restorative weekend, these retreats will allow you to nourish and reconnect to yourself. Held in various locations, these retreats will include C.A.R.E. movement classes, guided hikes, time with nature, delicious healthy food, creative expression activities, meditation, sound healing and community building with likeminded people who are ready to nurture and reconnect to themselves. These retreats are vital for personal health and restoration.
